Allan Soto - Founder & CEO
About
Allan Soto has built his career around a simple mission—helping people thrive. After graduating from The Johns Hopkins University, a chance call from his uncle led him to start Soto ALG, growing it from a single home into nearly 50 locations serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Wanting to make an impact earlier in life, he launched ABLE Kids in 2016, now helping children with autism at 23 centers (and growing) across the Southeast. Through his family office, Vinea Capital, Allan manages a diverse portfolio in healthcare, real estate, hospitality, sports and entertainment and service-based ventures—including Pineapple Ink Tavern, a love letter to the Cuban flavors of his Miami childhood. His philanthropic arm, The Vinea Foundation, has donated over $600,000 to local nonprofits since 2021. Whether he’s serving on community boards, flying planes, traveling with his wife and two kids, or cheering on Miami sports, Allan brings the same passion, energy, and purpose to every part of his life.
