Vinea Capital has invested more than $30 million across a diversified real estate portfolio throughout the Southeast. Our in-house team actively oversees construction and buildouts, manages tenant relationships, and continuously sources new acquisition opportunities. With a hands-on, long-term ownership approach, we invest in properties that strengthen communities, support our operating businesses, and create durable value across market cycles.

Our portfolio includes several historic and signature assets, including the Leonard Building, a five-story, 44,000-square-foot landmark in downtown Augusta that now serves as Vinea Capital’s headquarters, and the Claussen Building, a mixed-use property including street level food and beverage, with loft residences above and deep historic roots dating back to the 1800s. Beyond these, our holdings include a large number of commercial and residential assets.
